A historic place in the main street of Genzano, where Marco, the third generation of bakers, has overturned the philosophy of his shop, concentrating all his offerings in a warm and welcoming space.
In the shop you can find all the owner’s innovations, including an excellent beer made with his bread.
The aim was to provide a multifunctional space, allowing work from breakfast to happy hour. In collaboration with architect Francesco Previtali, we wanted to enhance the arch inside the premises by placing the pizza counter underneath, covered in natural oak like the rest of the store.
The visible laboratory allows customers to constantly see the preparation of the products, maintaining a direct link with the consumer and enhancing the great skills of the owner.
