The simplicity, fragrance and colours of bread. A historic bakery between Appia and Tuscolana, which becomes a bakery with the addition of a cafeteria department.
We have optimised the spaces to the maximum in order to guarantee ease of work for the operators and, at the same time, to allow the customer a pleasant break.
Great emphasis was placed on the self-supporting iron back counter, with LEDs inserted in each shelf to illuminate the product to the maximum.
