In every Il Gianfornaio shop in Rome, we have always tried to combine aesthetics, functionality and quality of materials.
The choice of the latter has been studied to give the place the warmth of the past, typical of the tradition of the white art. Counter fronts in solid national walnut wood, travertine tops, wooden beams on the ceiling, wooden floor, polychrome colours on the walls.
The format responds to the needs and desires of a wide variety of customers. The rationality of this successful format is rooted in the design of the space, with a counter specially designed to be used at all times of day, from breakfast to the pre-dinner aperitif.
In particular, there is also a space dedicated to the preparation of pasta, an area where you can enjoy dry products, pizza, breadsticks, fresh products and, last but not least, a corner dedicated to the preparation of cocktails and ice cream service, a novelty of this concept.
