The irregular volumes that “sculpt” the sushi preparation and serving counter fill the compact space, creating a strong visual impact.
The counter, like a true work of art, is marked by the alternation of two contrasting materials: the grains of larch contrast with the deep nocturne of Corian, a durable and renewable material.
Finally, the shapes of the counter are subtracted from the volumes to create an iron structure suspended like a cloud in a play of full and empty spaces.
Opera sushi already encapsulates the concept of the restaurant in its name.
