A shabby-chic venue in the heart of Emilia Romagna.
Panisi’s family asked us for a boutique where they could make the most of their work, the fruit of years of experience and studies. Our proposal was for an elegant place, with light tones and very visible from the outside.
The use of white-painted iron elements in the back counters, inside of which are geometrically textured ceramics which are also reflected on the till and on the carpet in front of the counters, combined with white brushed oak, with various rustications on the counters, give the place the French boulangerie mood we wanted to communicate to the client.
